    We do not collect special categories of personal data.

    Responding to inquiries and preparing proposals: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

    Managing client projects, invoicing and communication: performance of a contract and compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.c GDPR).

    We do not sell your personal data or use it for automated decision-making.

  • Contact inquiries that do not lead to a project are kept for up to 12 months.

  • Client data is kept for the duration of the project and afterwards for the periods required by Spanish tax and commercial law.
